Most of you are either on my facebook page or have subscribed to my newsletter so you have an idea of who I am.

I’ll get straight to the point, this is a fast fat loss system


BUT…


You have to keep it in perspective, it IS a bit of a quick fix… it’s up to you to KEEP IT OFF.


The practices in this programme and email course will teach you what you need to know, to lose fat and then teach you how to KEEP IT OFF in the most practical way, no science, no BS.

You basically have to just do as you are told…


Now, I don’t mean to brag (actually, that’s a lie: I love to brag), but this training program has helped a lot of people lose fat over the past year or two.

Originally the programme was devised to help me lean up before I went to Thailand last year after eating too many Easter eggs :-)

My ABS were non existent and I needed to find them in two weeks!

So I devised an unbelievably cruel two weeks for myself…

A good few of the guys from the gym joined in and we followed it to the letter, and we all got lean!

Not bad, but it is harder to lose fat when you are already lean…

So I tested it on my own personal clients…

After he finished up in the ABS Gym, I gave him the bodyfat blitz programme to do by himself… he done it twice in a 6 week period… the result…

Well done John…

To be honest John didn’t even get the full program. He got the word document that I had scribbled the program down on. He still made serious progress.


Since then a lot more has been added and the programme has been IMPROVED.

    I need somthing different. something to mix it up. im sick to death of doing starvation diets and over complicated 1ns. i came off lyle mcdonalds ultimate diet 2.0 because its over complicted and inpractible. so lets see what u can do in 2 weeks brian? ? :-)

    I need this as I’m currently trying out for the Irish National Tae Kwon-Do team and I’m desperate to make it down to the lower weight deivsion. The training programme I had this summer didnt make as much of an impact as I would’ve hoped. I know Luke Woods thinks your system is amazing! Please help!!

    This program seems to be exactly what I am looking for. It has all the elements built in all I have to do is follow it. I am having trouble burning off the last 30 lbs of fat. I am not expecting a miracle but something doable that will help shift. My goal is to lose as much of it as possible by the end of November so I can visit my daughter in California and give her a birthday surprise.

    i would love the downloadable version of the two week fat blitz as i have lost 6 and a half stone over two years .. i still only have the two abs … i deserve the lot !!! i went from being tired from getting out of two door cars from the back , stairs wer titanic to me but now iv got two marathon medals on my wall and is training for a third !! im all up for the hard work and dedication like my man floyd mayweather !! but its the knowlege that i need now to give the plateau or watever u want to call it an upper cut !!!!
