Personal Training in the ABS Gym is not just for guys!
A lot of our clients are female, 50-60% last time I checked.
In the ABS Gym and in our boot camps in dublin we take the guesswork out of training. We have a proven system that works every time if you are prepared to do the work and listen to what we say.
I know what you’re thinking…
I dont know if I could do that, it sounds like its too hard and guys training me… it seems very intimidating.
I assure you all that the personal training is not intimidating in the slightest. We don’t shout and scream and count out loud like you see on television.
YES you will work hard but only at your own level. you will not be thrown in the deep end and there are no expectations of you.
Never trained before?
We leave nobody behind. Most of the girls in the have either never trained before or they haven’t trained in months or even years. You’ll fit in just fine.
We have kick boxers and some really highly trained women in the gym/bootcamps too. All are welcome.
Don’t think you’ll be able?
There are ladies in the bootcamp and personal training studios who have had ACL (cruciate ligament) surgery, back surgery, hip replacements, girls who want to lose under 10 or 30lbs or more and girls who don’t want to lose any weight and they just want to shape up and look better.
My own mother does my bootcamp in Airside. Many of our female and male clients are over 50. They are just fine and they make progress like everyone else. You cant turn back the chronological clock but you can try reverse the biological clock.
I hope this mail cleared up a few of the questions you may have had about our personal training service. I appreciate that the website isn’t all pink and girly. I made it that way on purpose because I don’t want anyone thinking our studio is some sort of aerobic class.
If the website seems intimidating in any way it’s because I refuse to sugar coat the truth.

Messing around on a treadmill and playing with bottles of water or little pink dumbbellswill not ‘tone’ you up. It will only waste your time.
I’m not in the market for wasting peoples time or money.
I want results from people, I want them to look and feel the best they possibly can and rant and rave about the excellent results they get.
Telling you what you want to hear and making you do girl weights and eat carbs all day long is not going to work. It’s a waste of time and any personal trainer that tells you otherwise is lying to you and just wants your money.
That’s not to say we are cheap in the ABS Gym, but we get results.
