Danny first began training at the age of 8 in junior soccer. He then took up Judo in primary school and competed at National Level. As a teenager, he competed at international level in Tae Kwon Do. In his late teens he began resistance training and kickboxing and became addicted to the gym and its benefits.
After spending many years in commercial gyms, Danny began training with the ABS Gym and achieved results beyond what he had imagined within weeks. This helped Danny to decide that he wanted a career in fitness and he qualified as a personal trainer. Working as part of the team at the ABS Gym, Danny specialises in the areas of fat loss, strength, muscle gain and injury rehabilitation.
