Here in the ABS Gym in Dublin we have an endless supply of success stories. We have had HUNDREDS of guys who have trained with us with great success in either gaining muscle or losing fat.

I have been training clients ranging from athletes to gym rats like you for years. In 2009, after 5 years there and 7 years since I became a personal trainer, I left Northwood and opened The ABS Gym in Temple Bar. ABS stands for Athletic Body System not ‘6 pack’ by the way, just in case you thought this is some cheesy sit-up club!
