My passion for fitness ignited at the young age of 16 when I started training alongside my dad, who happens to be a dedicated bodybuilder. Those early years of sweat, dedication, and discipline laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong love affair with health and fitness.

In my teenage years, I was a force to be reckoned with on the hockey field and as a competitive swimmer. However, as I entered my 20s, I felt the winds of change blow in my life. This is when I decided to channel my love for physical activity into a career. Becoming a fitness instructor allowed me to blend my passion with purpose - helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.

Over the past 11 years, I've had the privilege of working in the fitness industry, and it's been nothing short of amazing. The diversity of experiences has enriched my knowledge and fueled my passion further.

My own fitness journey has been a dynamic one. I explored the world of bodybuilding, sculpting my physique and building strength that I'm proud of. But it wasn't until I stumbled upon powerlifting that I truly found my niche.
