Hi, I’m Peter McSwiney, and I’m not your typical personal trainer. With degrees in both Health and Performance Science and Physiotherapy, I combine fitness and rehabilitation to create a unique training experience that prioritises both results and long-term health.
I’ve been passionate about fitness since I was 18, when I transformed my own body through disciplined training and a commitment to improving myself. I know what it’s like to feel unsure about where to start, and I use that experience to guide my clients with empathy and expertise.
With over four years of coaching experience, I specialise in weight loss, muscle building, and injury prevention. Thanks to my physiotherapy background, I make sure every exercise is safe, effective, and tailored to your specific needs. My focus is on proper technique, functional strength, and building habits that will keep you moving well for years to come.
