We don’t have a silly ‘cardio area’ or dumbbell section where all of the posers hang out. As you can see in the picture of the Temple Bar Personal Training Studio above we only perform activities that 1. Work towards your goals and 2. That you need assistance with (nobody needs assistance boring themselves to tears doing cardio).
In the ABS Gyms we have a wide variety of clients from all different backgrounds.
Some guys and girls come in that need to lose up to 12 stone (75kg of fat).
Some guys want to gain muscle and look better naked.
Some girls just want to lose the baby weight.
We have specialist personal trainers that cater for everybody, regardless of their goals.
Pat travels up from Naas every week to do a session and trains on his own twice per week. Did I mention he’s in his 50’s?
We don’t have aerobics classes because they don’t work – for fat loss anyway. Our personal trainers are fat loss and muscle gain experts. We run a results driven studio that won’t steer you wrong in you fat loss or physique transformation efforts.
We work with clients who are hard-working, have high potential and show dedication and a genuine desire for improvement. These clients have goals as varied as injury and rehabilitation, weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance or total body transformation.
