Let’s do a little reflection.
Think back to last Christmas. How you felt. How tight your clothes were. How uncomfortable you were in your own skin. How “determined” you were to finally sort out this belly next year.
And then…You didn’t. You did nothing. And six months slipped by.
But let’s pause on that. Because if you had signed up, if you’d taken
it seriously, you could literally be a different person right now.
Not in some airy-fairy “manifestation” way either. I’m talking literally 30, 40, even 50kg lighter.
Six stone. 110 pounds. Whatever metric floats your boat. Gone.

Instead, maybe this is what happened: It’s now the second week of January and you’ve just mustered up the courage to contact us. Maybe after a heavy weekend. Maybe after two weeks of half-arsed dieting and hunger-induced despair.
Either way, fair play.
You took the first step.
The problem is that most people mistake that first step for actual progress.
They feel a little buzz of momentum after filling out a contact form. And the guilt eases. The urgency fades. Maybe it even tides you over for a week or two.
Some of you even came in for the consultation…And then said it was
“too expensive.”
It’s not expensive. It’s just not a priority. Big difference.
Or maybe you signed up, got the email, saw the number come in, and ignored it. Maybe you agreed to come in for a consultation but then ghosted the trainer trying to contact you.
Now before you think I’m giving out to you, I’m not. I get it.
Admitting you need help is hard. And maybe when you filled out the form on a Sunday night, you’d had three glasses of courage in you. That’s fine.
The first step is the hardest one. It can be scary saying “I can’t do this alone.”
But now I want you to circle back to the whole point of this email: Imagine where you
could be right now.
You could’ve been one of the success stories.
The six-month transformation.
The “holy sh*t, is that even the same person?” before-and-after.
But you’re not. You’re still where you were. That’s a bit sh*t, isn’t it?
Here’s what I’ll say to that: Don’t waste another
waste another six months.
I don’t care if you train with us. Go somewhere else. Join a yoga class. Go to Weight Watchers. Join some walking group.
Just do something.
Because if you’re sitting on your arse waiting for things to change? Newsflash: They won’t. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
And if you don’t take action now, you’ll be looking back in another six months thinking the same thing.
“Imagine where I’d be now… if I just started.”
