Bootcamp Dublin

This time last year, I was 3 stone over weight, thinking the same old repetitive thoughts… I need to lose weight in the new year etc. However instead of waiting until the new year I decided to start bootcamp in December.

For many years I had tried to lose weight and sometimes I did lose a little but I always ended up being my same old weight. At size 16 and heading for a size 18 I was totally fed up and self conscious about my weight. Since starting in Airside bootcamp I have been training 3 times per week and I’ve lost the weight.
