it doesn't matter. You can learn and you'll only get better with practice. Unlike most other forms of resistance training you can practice at home with minimal set up. Our calisthenics class will provide you with the fundamentals to keep progressing and do so at your own level within a safe environment.

The rate of progress will be dictated by you the participant and "homework" will be offered to everyone who wants to work outside the class times along with a free membership in Ireland's strongest gym.
