Paul Hall

Paul has been involved in sport since a very early age, with athletics and football being his main focus. He represented Ireland as a long jump and triple jump athlete through school at both junior and senior level.

At the age of 18, he left the world of athletics behind him and focused on football where he went on to have a ten year successful career as a semi-professional player in the League of Ireland and the Irish League. Since retiring, he has coached and managed both teams and individuals. In the past 5 years he has focused on strength and conditioning training, working with ex-premier league players, GAA players, rugby players and even ex jockeys. He is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach with Confey Senior GAA team and he has worked previously with St. Brigids GAA, St. Patricks Athletic, St. Judes GAA, Sporting Fingal and many others.

For the last four years Paul has been studying nutrition, with an emphasis on child nutrition. He wants to address the childhood obesity epidemic in a healthy and practical way. Later this year he hopes to qualify in Functional Medicine.
