Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thanks for delivering on your claims! Post baby and just 2.5 months pre wedding, I needed to get a plan.
I have to admit I didn’t really hold out much hope but figured it couldn’t hurt. I wasn’t huge but I felt so soft and couldn’t find my core with a map! In the past I’ve been a big running fan and it worked for me but only when I had the time to run for at least an hour 5 days a week
When you told me that cardio was not the way forward it took me a while to get my head around it. I had been frustrated for years, “working hard”, pounding pavement but not getting the results I wanted, i.e. slimmer! Even when I did triathlons, I never looked lean, when I did loads of swim training my arms got stronger but I picked up weight. I really thought that I was just one of those people who didn’t respond to exercise.
Then I started with you in Jan, by my hen in mid Feb my girlfriends were telling me I looked great, I don’t weigh myself but all my work trousers were hanging off me and I never felt stronger. After the baby I never imagined my stomach muscles would return!
There’s no hardcore diet, but bless you for gently suggesting I give up my daily galaxy. Getting my head around not worrying about the calories and focusing on the type of food made all the difference. I want to point out there is no motivation like a wedding dress and I went 3 times a week and worked hard.
The sessions are tough but you can feel yourself getting better so fast.
Talking to one of the other girls, with an enviable flat stomach , she said that she was also post baby, her 3rd but training in between each baby really helped.
Everyone is friendly and we’re all in the same boat trying to improve what we’ve got! So not only did the wedding dress fit but I even wore a bikini on holiday too. Back at it now trying to get rid of honeymoon excess! I’ll definitely keep this up and really do recommend it to everyone. It is without doubt the most time efficient way of losing weight and getting strong.

Do as we tell you…get the result.
I have NEVER had a client that didn’t get serious results if they did as they were told and followed the plan.
